Rankings

Players by their class in public rooms, from D to Grand Master. There are no points or positions, only the class. Within a class, whoever played most recently comes first.

Getting on the board

  1. In Ember 1.4.0 or newer, open Online play, Rankings and connect Discord if it asks. Your class belongs to your Discord account, so a new Ember ID keeps it.
  2. Play public room games that end with a winner. Your class appears after a few games against players who have one.
  3. Open Rankings again. That sends the name and flag the board shows for you, the ones rooms show. Open it again after you change them.

To leave the board, choose Stop taking part on the same page. You can change it once a day.

How classes work

Only public room games with a winner count. A class moves only after a clear run of results, and a game against a much stronger or weaker player barely counts. It never drops on its own.

Players who have not played for most of a year leave the board until a few games settle their class again. The board lists up to 500 players; when it is full, whoever played longest ago is left off. Ember developers show a Dev mark instead of a class and are not listed.
